While returns are very rare.... we are required to have a policy
We hate restocking fees
Customers who pay by wire / venmo / Zelle / 3% fee plus shipping costs
However,

Credit card and paypal customers pay a 5% restocking fee plus any shipping fees

New Watches – Unworn Watches….. There is no return policy if any sign of wear is detected

If your part does not fit or work, it can be returned up to 7 Days.

most watches come with a 1 year warranty that covers timing only – abuse is not covered
New or Never Worn watches will most likely be covered under the Manufacture’s warranty
